Shipping & Returns

Currently orders ship only to the continental US. Shipping costs $4.99-$10.99 depending on the size of your order, and can be easily calculated before checkout in your cart. For inquires on shipping to other locations outside of the continental US, please contact us. Please note that in the case of international shipments, the customer is responsible for any import/customs taxes on the items purchased.

Don't want to pay for shipping? If you are local to the Seattle area, try local pick up! To pick up your order, visit us at any one of our tabling events listed on the contact us page. Simply place your order online, choose local pick up as your shipping method, and show up to any of our events to pick up your product for free! Pick-up orders will be held up to 14 days.

Please note that pre-order items can not be shipped out or be picked up until the item is released. Orders placed with a mixture of pre-order and readily available items will ship once all items in the order have been released.

All sales are final. If there is something wrong with your order, contact us and we'll make it right as soon as possible. Free exchanges are offered in person to different sizes or colors, subject to availability. Customer covers shipping for online exchanges. Contact us for more information.
